The children brought their seeds and cultivated the soil for planting. During the entire process of the activity from planting to harvesting they were seen to be excited and took responsibility in taking care of the plants. By doing this activity, the children became more closeĀ to nature by establishing bond on how could we take care of their plants.Ā They were also observed to beĀ patient to wait for the right time on when they could harvest and eat whatever they planted.Ā
