In September, the N2 children made lanterns with the seniors by decorating empty laminating sheets, laminating them and then attaching strings.
The children and seniors enjoyed decorating their lanterns together. Children appreciated the elderly helping them by saying thank you in various languages such as Mandarin, Malay, Tamil and English.
At the end of the activity, children gifted the seniors with their completed lanterns! The seniors showed their appreciation by saying thank you and gifting them with a craft that they had prepared beforehand.
