After creating their self-portait, the children expressed their desire to have the map of Singapore be included as the backdrop to show that there is diversity in the country, and that each of them, no matter how different they are live together in harmony.
In the past few weeks, the K2 children were also introduced on how to say “Hello” in different languages (e.g., “Konichiwa” in Japan, “Namaste” in India, “Aloha” in Hawaii, among others). They were presented with a short video clip were they sang and danced to the song. The children were enthusiastic in learning the different languages!
