This year,the K1 children embarked on the SSDB 2024 project, to educate the children on the importance of recycling and how it helps the environment.As such, our projects will be based on recycling plastic and turining them into something new and useful.
On April 26, Teachers and K1 children gathered officially to launch our ‘Start Samll Dream Big Project
First, they were introduced to what is recycling and how it helps our nature. Next, they watched a video on how plastics are also being recycled into reusable items.
Teachers showed examples of how to recycle plastic bottles: coin bank, planting , pencil case and etc.
Next the children had fun singing and dancing for the Let’s Recycle’ song’. The children also made a recycling box to collect plastic bottles from the parents.
