To replicate the types of visual impairment, we made simulation glasses. Here, the children attempted to write words while using the glasses. The 3 types are as follows: tunnel vision, peripheral vision, and cloudy vision.
The children then wondered how the visually-impaired will read and write, which brought us to the next topic: Braille. The children were introduced to Braille, and attempted to spell simple words by shading the dots.
