Theme: Caring for Family
Objective: children will be able to build good relationship with their family members.
Activity : Take home kit collage & show and tell
Children were introduced the importance of family and cultivating good relationship with each family members by sharing some good manners when they communicate with each other, how to make themselves involve in family activities to develop bond with each other and lastly how to show love and care for one another.
In conjunction with the theme: Family, children were introduced in some traits on how they can show more love and care for their family. Teachers prepared some art materials for them to do their family collage at home. Collecting happy memories together as a family and spending time together. After which, children brought back their family collage. The children showcased their collage by sharing with their friends through a show & tell. They introduced their family members and shared their bondings, happy moments and their milestones.
Children were asked;
“How do they help their family members at home?”
“How do you bond with each other at home”
“What are their favourite activities together”
“Why do they love their Family”
The children had great time sharing their thoughts and experiences with their family.
