K2 children began to embark on service and learning journey in helping community gardeners at Sky Garden @Jurong Central. They planted seeds of sunflowers, winter melons, radish on plots. They helped in watering them, weeded through the plots and harvested the crops.

Their volunteering service became more frequent. They worked in the garden twice in June and weekly in July. Among things which they learnt are; by releasing guppies in the pond, can deter mosquitoes from breeding, weeding will keep the nutrient merely for the plants and plants can grow without soil by having water recirculation system.
