In our SSDB project, “Healthy Ocean, Healthy Us!” the K2 children learnt about the consequences of plastic pollution and the important of recycling. To promote recycling, we involved the families to practice 3R’s (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle) at home.
It is a good opportunity for the children to spend meaningful time with their parents and siblings by planning and making a pledge on how they can contribute back to the society.
Plastic pollution is one of the largest threats facing our oceans, so it is important for each household to be aware of their responsibility to conserve the marine life by practicing the 3R’s (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle).
We thank our K2 parents for their utmost support in all our initiatives.
