What is my ‘Profile’ page for?
Your profile is what your friends and community members see when they visit you. It tells people what you’re about and what you’ve done. For example, they can see the beautiful photos you have uploaded and understand how you are doing with your blogs.
Argh (-.-), my default display photo does not match my gender!
Right now there is only 1 default profile photo. But we hear you and will being adding more soon! Good news is, currently you can change the profile photo to anything you like, e.g. your own photo. :)
What can I do on my ‘Profile’ page?
- My Friends
- New Photos
- New Blog Entries
- My White Board
- My Communities
- My Groups
- My Applications
You can see your profile and update your public and private information. On other users’ profile pages, you can write on their whiteboards.
I see 2 different profiles of myself. How are they different?
One is "public" which allows anyone within the community, including your friends, to view your profile. The second one is "private" which allows only your friends to view it.
How do I edit my public profile?
Click on the FIRST icon to make a change to your public profile.
The “Edit My Public Profile” box shall pop up.
Delete existing profile and enter a new one in the box.
Click on “Save” to save your new public profile.
Viola! Now everyone will be able to view your new public profile. :-D
How do I edit my private profile?
Click on the SECOND icon to make a change to your private profile.
The “Edit My Private Profile” box shall pop up.
Delete existing profile and enter a new one in the box.
Click on “Save” to save your new private profile.
Viola! Now everyone will be able to view your new public profile. :-D
What is ‘My Friends’ for?
It shows the friends you have in Little Lives. Click on ‘Show all’ to see all your friends.
What is ‘New Photos’ for?
It shows the photos you have uploaded. Click on ‘Show all’ to see all your photos.
What is ‘New Blog Entries’ for?
It shows your most recent blog posts. Click on ‘Show all’ to see all your blogs.
What is ‘My White Board’ for?
You can write any message you want people checking out your profile to see. You can also visit your friend’s profile page to write on his/her White Board.
How to Write on ‘My White Board’?
Locate your white board at the bottom of your profile page. It should look like this:
Enter your message and click on the "Send" button to post the message on your white board.
You should now see the message posted on your white board!
How Do I Delete a Post on My White Board?
Click on the 
button to delete a post.
What is ‘My Communities’ for?
It shows all the communities you are in.
How to identify the community/ies a user is in?
You may find it/them in the area circled in red - between "My Groups" and "My White Board".
What is ‘My Groups’ for?
It shows all the groups you are part of.
What is ‘My Applications’ for?
It contains the tools to write your blog and upload your photos. Little Lives currently has the ‘Blogs’ and ‘Fotos’ applications for you to have fun with!
