Help, I forgot my password!
Access the reset password page. There are 2 ways to reset your password.
- You can enter your ID and we will send you a new password to your pre-registered email address.
- You can also choose to answer the security question you provided when you signed up and enter your birthday.
- Ask your teacher to reset your password.
Oh NO! I also forgot the answer to my secret question!
Relax… Simply let your teacher know and he/she will reset your password for you. :-D
Oh NO! I forgot my userid!

How to activate my account
Please ask your teacher activate your account.
How to change my age/birthdate
Simply go to "Settings" -> "Change Birthdate".
Oops, erm, how to change my gender if I chose it incorrectly during sign-up?
Please ask your teacher to change your gender.
